Building management & smart home

A building-management system that runs plant, lighting, energy, access control and alarms from one console: it speaks the protocols a building already contains, and ARG's own 47 field devices form the layer beneath it.

ARG delivers building-management systems for offices and homes and for hotels: plant, lighting, climate, energy, access control and alarms on one operator console, with the site broken down by building, floor and space. A data-centre edition of the same console monitors racks and rooms for temperature, humidity, leak, smoke, vibration and rack access. The server speaks the protocols a building already contains, so plant already on site reports to the same console as everything else, and ARG's own 47 field devices form the layer beneath it: thermostats, lighting and curtain actuators, sensors, touch panels and door access. Each controller keeps its own scenarios and schedules running, so the building carries on when the network or the server is unavailable.

  • Plant, lighting, energy and security on one console
  • Speaks the protocols a building already contains
  • Keeps the building running when the network is down
  • Energy metered against tariffs, with consumption reports
  • 47 field devices, from thermostats to door access
